Items proved to be faulty may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt (including your return postage). Please send us a message to advise us of any problem. Items ordered in error (and lets admit it - we all make mistakes!) may be returned within 7 days at the buyers expense - once received and checked to be in original condition a refund will be processed - again please email to advise us if you are intending to return an item
